THT has a complete line of vertical dies casting machines. We offer four basic configurations, each with several tonnages. Tooling and automation are then customized to meet your specifications.
Shuttle Machines
The THT Shuttle Machine is our most versatile press, either for casting aluminum or copper. These machines are ideal for dedicated or small production runs and jobs that require frequent tool changes.
Standard shuttle presses are available with shot force of 100, 200, 300, 450, 800 and 1,000 tons.
Index Machines
The THT Index Machines are designed and built for high volume, multi-cavity casting. Standard index presses are available with shot force of 28, 50 and 100 tons.
