Since it's inception, THT has been driven to become and stay the innovator of new technologies. to keep that edge, we have a fully equipped state-of-the-art multi-function laboratory. Our lab allows us to remain the leader by trying "what-if" senarios for new dies, tooling and casting techniques. We also use our lab to test spare parts and tooling before shipping, thus assuring that a part shipped by THT will operate properly the first time, every time.
In addition, we let our customers use our lab to try out new ideas without the production downtime required to test their ideas at their own plant. Since our lab presses are fully functional casting machines, we also use them to help our customers with production if they get in a temporary crunch.
THT presses and tooling are unique. Because of our patented design, THT is able to cast difficult or previously impossible parts in a variety of materials. If you have a unique casting idea, contact us. We can probably find a solution.
Alluminum and Alloy Casting
Our specialty is aluminum rotor casting and our reputation has allowed us to become the leading manufacturer of rotor casting machines in the world.
Our presses are not limited to casting rotors. We have the capability to cast parts of only a few ounces to huge castings of over 600 pounds.

Copper
Quality copper casting has always been difficult or impossible. THT has a new patented process that allows parts to be cast in copper that previously could only be machined. What once took hours can now be cast in seconds. |  |
Specialized Casting
Just about any part you can envision can be created by THT. We can cast irregular shaped parts and ultilize inserts and metal matrix composites (MMC). If you have an unusual requirement, ask us - it may be possible with THT. |  |
